Cyber Security Compliance
The Cyber Security Act 2024 established the power to prescribe security standards for smart devices. The Cyber Security (Security Standards for Smart Devices) Rules 2025 specifies requirements that apply to in-scope products manufactured by Dux Manufacturing Limited on or after 4 March 2026.
Unique passwords by default
Where passwords are used in any state other than factory default, they are unique per product or defined by the user — for hardware, preinstalled software, and any companion app required for the product’s intended use.
Report security issues
You can report security issues to Dux at cyber.duxai.com.au/report-security-issue. You’ll receive acknowledgement of receipt and status updates until the issue is resolved.

Dux provides security updates where applicable for the products listed below during the defined support period. Updates may apply to hardware, preinstalled software, or the companion app that controls the product. Dux may decide to extend the support period.
